1. Presentation of the Application

MyAffirmPlay is a free mobile application developed by Guillaume Fougeret.
It allows each user to create their own personalized affirmation audio files, by choosing the voice, background music, and desired duration, to support a path of daily inner transformation.

By downloading and using MyAffirmPlay, you acknowledge that you have read these terms and accept them without reservation.

2. Access and Functioning

  • The application works offline for listening to already generated audios.

  • An internet connection is required to create new audio files, as they are generated through the external ElevenLabs API.

  • If you use the voice recording feature, your recordings remain stored locally on your device and are not transmitted to our servers.

The use of the application is currently free, without advertising or in-app purchases.

However, MyAffirmPlay is intended to evolve.
Features marked with a diamond 💎 will become available through a paid premium version. This will support the development of the project while ensuring that access to the essential functions remains free.

No account creation is required at this stage, and you are free to use the application at your own pace, independently.

3. Intellectual Property

All content, features, concepts, and the identity of the application (texts, interface, logo, integrated sounds, generation algorithm, structure, name) remain the exclusive property of Guillaume Fougeret.

Any reproduction, distribution, modification, or unauthorized commercial exploitation of all or part of the application is strictly prohibited.

You are fully encouraged to share your experience of the application, including in public content (podcasts, videos, social media), even if monetized — as long as you do not sell the application or present it as a product you created yourself.

4. Authorized Use and User Responsibility

By using the application, you agree to do so in a respectful, responsible manner and in accordance with these terms.
You are solely responsible for the content you create (affirmations, imported MP3 files, file names) and for the way you use it.

  • The user is solely responsible for ensuring that they have the necessary rights to use any music or audio file imported into the app to create personalized affirmations.

  • MyAffirmPlay and Guillaume Fougeret disclaim all liability in case of copyright or intellectual property infringement resulting from the use of music or audio content protected by third parties.

The application may be used freely in the context of professional practices, individual or group coaching, including if these services are paid.

It is strictly forbidden to claim authorship of the application or present it as a tool developed by yourself, regardless of the context of use.

The audio files you create with MyAffirmPlay belong to you, and you are free to use them in a personal, public, or commercial context.

However, in the case of public or commercial use of the files (sale, distribution in a paid program, integration in a monetized service, etc.), it is required that MyAffirmPlay be clearly mentioned as the application used to generate these audio files, in the form of your choice.

Example of a possible mention:

“Created with MyAffirmPlay – the app that gives a voice to your intentions.”

This recognition helps keep the project alive while respecting its original intention: to provide a personal transformation tool, shared with awareness.

5. Personal Data

  • MyAffirmPlay does not require account creation.

  • Your first name and email address may be collected through a form (Google Form) if you choose to receive a welcome gift and/or subscribe to the newsletter.
    This data is used exclusively for this purpose, to send you the offered content or information related to MyAffirmPlay.
    No data will be sold or transferred to third parties.

  • The application uses Firebase for technical measurement and stability.

  • Audio files are generated using the ElevenLabs service, which may collect anonymized technical data.

  • We do not collect sensitive data, and no personal data is stored within the app itself (except for voice recordings stored locally on your device).

6. Limitation of Liability

The application is provided “as is”, without guarantee of permanent accessibility or absolute compatibility with all devices and Android versions.

Guillaume Fougeret cannot be held responsible for any indirect damage related to the use of the application (data loss, instability, incompatibility, service interruption, etc.).

7. Updates

The application is intended to evolve regularly to enrich its features and improve the user experience.
Technical or editorial updates may occur without prior notice.

You will be informed of any major changes (integration of a premium version, modification of the Terms of Use, or data collection methods) via the app or by email if you have subscribed to the newsletter.
