1. About the App

MyAffirmPlay is a free mobile app developed by Guillaume Fougeret.
It allows anyone to create their own personalized affirmation audio files by selecting a voice, background music, and the desired duration to support an ongoing journey of inner transformation.

By downloading and using MyAffirmPlay, you acknowledge that you have read and fully accepted these terms of use.

2. Access & Functionality

The app works offline for listening to previously generated audio files.
An internet connection is required to generate new files, which are created via the external ElevenLabs API.

The app is currently free to use, with no ads and no in-app purchases.
However, MyAffirmPlay is designed to evolve. Some features may become available through a partially paid version in the future, helping to support the growth of the project while maintaining free access to core features.

Any changes will be communicated clearly, transparently, and respectfully allowing you to choose your level of engagement freely.

No account creation is required at this time. You are free to use the app at your own pace, in full autonomy.

3. Intellectual Property

All content, features, concepts, and the identity of the app (texts, interface, logo, built-in sounds, generation algorithm, structure, name) remain the exclusive property of Guillaume Fougeret.
Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use of the app, in whole or in part, is strictly prohibited.

You are warmly encouraged to share your experience with the app including through public content (podcasts, videos, social media), even monetized as long as you do not sell the app or present it as your own creation.

4. Permitted Use & User Responsibility

By using the app, you agree to do so respectfully, responsibly, and in accordance with these terms.

You are solely responsible for the content you create (affirmations, imported MP3 files, file names) and how you use it.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights to use any music or audio files you import into the app to create your personalized affirmations. MyAffirmPlay and Guillaume Fougeret disclaim any liability for copyright or intellectual property violations resulting from the use of protected music or audio content belonging to third parties.

The MyAffirmPlay app may be freely used in professional contexts, including one-on-one or group sessions even if those services are paid.

However, it is forbidden to claim authorship of the app or present it as a tool you developed yourself, regardless of the context.

The audio files you generate with MyAffirmPlay belong to you, and you are free to use them personally, publicly, or commercially.
If you use the audio files publicly or commercially (e.g. for sale, within paid programs, or as part of monetized services), you are kindly asked to mention MyAffirmPlay as the app used to generate the audio, in the form of your choice.

Example of credit:

“Created with MyAffirmPlay – the app that gives your intentions a voice.”

This recognition helps sustain the project while honoring its original intention: to offer a tool for conscious, personal transformation.

5. Personal Data

MyAffirmPlay does not currently require account creation.

However, if the app evolves to include paid features, an account may be required to access certain features securely and personally.

Your first name and email address may be collected via a Google Form if you choose to receive a welcome gift or subscribe to the newsletter.
These details are used exclusively for that purpose — to send you the content or updates related to the Vivre sa Sagesse universe.
Your data will never be sold or shared with third parties.

The app uses Firebase for technical analytics and performance tracking.
Audio files are generated through ElevenLabs, which may collect anonymized technical data. You are invited to review their privacy policy for more information.

We do not collect any sensitive data, and no personal information is stored within the app itself.

6. Limitation of Liability

The app is provided “as is,” with no guarantee of permanent access or full compatibility with all devices and Android versions.
Guillaume Fougeret cannot be held liable for any indirect damages related to app usage (e.g., data loss, instability, device incompatibility, service interruption, etc.).

7. Updates

The app will continue to evolve with regular updates to improve features and enhance user experience.
Technical or editorial updates may occur without prior notice.

You will be informed of any major changes (e.g. introduction of a paid version, changes to terms or data policies) via the app or by email if you are subscribed to the newsletter.
